Purpose of the service

Level 2 Charge Pro publishes reference material on Level 2 charger installation and lets you describe a property so that the description can be passed to licensed electricians who cover the address. It installs nothing, sells no hardware and holds no electrical license. Level 2 Charge Pro is an independent reference on buying charger installation. It has no hardware to sell and no job to win, which is why the price it describes is the one your panel actually dictates.

What using this site does not create

  • No contract for work. A contract exists only once a written quote is signed.
  • No electrical opinion on your property until someone has surveyed it. Nothing on this site is advice about a specific installation.
  • No commitment on price or schedule before a load calculation has been done.
  • No guarantee that an electrician covers every ZIP code. Where none does, you will be told.

Your obligations

The information you submit should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you should be entitled to commission work on the property concerned or to be acting for someone who is. Submitting projects you have no intention of pursuing, or somebody else’s contact details, is a misuse of the service.

Content on this site

The technical pages are written to be accurate and are reviewed on a stated date. They are general explanation, not a design basis and not advice on a specific property. Electrical requirements come from the code edition adopted by your jurisdiction and its local amendments, and they change; any statement that matters to a decision should be verified with the authority having jurisdiction, and the work should be performed by a licensed electrician.

Limits of liability

Level 2 Charge Pro is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider, and is not responsible for the work performed, the licensing or insurance of the company performing it, the price charged, the schedule kept, the equipment used or any consequence of them.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. Interruptions, maintenance and changes to the content are expected and are not a breach of anything.
